Returns Policy:

The AEE offers a full refund of purchase price (excluding shipping fees) guaranteed for books returned undamaged within 15 days of shipping date. Insure for full value and retain copy of proof of shipment. CD products may not be returned for refund.

Books or CDs received damaged or defective should be returned promptly. Replacement will be made by the AEE.
